We bought a car. And in the description, and pictures the car looked good. Headlights intact, and passenger airbag not set off. And the car had a run and drive verification.
We received the car, with a deployed passenger airbag, and broken headlight. AND THE CAR DOES NOT RUN AND DRIVE! We spoke to them and gave them three options:
1. Give Us the parts
2. Pay for the parts + labor
3. Take the car back, and give us our money back.
SHE DID NOT ACCEPT AND KEPT FORCING US TO SELL THE CAR, SO THEY MAKE MORE ON "DISCOUNTED" FEES!
Weirdly Dorothy (most powerful customer service manager) kept forcing us to consign the car to another auction...and we denied of course. And Then we spoke for 2 hours and 30 minutes and she finally said she will speak to CoPart. Then two days later, a day later than when she initially said she would have a resolution. She forced upon a discount for the reconsigning the car to another auction with ridiculously c@!p discount. And we told her we do not want to sell the car. And finally she said that the DESCRIPTION OF THE VECHILE, SUCH AS PICTURES AND CONFIRMATIONS MEAN NOTHING! HER WORDS! SHE SAID THEY DO NOT GURANTEE ANYTHING! A RUN AND DRIVE VERIFICATION, THAT DOES NOT CONFIRM ANYTHING!
OH AND WE USED A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND THE INFO. WAS STOLEN IMMEDIATELY! AND WE WERE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER BOUGHT FROM ROSS STORES #1099!
AUTOBIDMASTER is B@!%!**T! Customer service...you wait 30 minutes on hold...I have over four times! Then you get a associate that is mostly rude and tell you RUBBISH AND AVOIDS YOUR QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE. It is a team of ABOUT ONLY 6 OR 7 PEOPLE ONLY!
THEY SAY "OH COPART IS RESPONSIBLE," they say this as a tape is stuck on rewind, endlessly. THE CAR IS ON THEIR SITE! THEY ARE SELLING IT! NOT COPART!
NEVER BUY, STUPID DECISION, AND I WILL GET MY MONEY OR PARTS FROM THEM!
