Alex offered my husband a car in lieu of work. He will pay the down payments and monthly payments with the income my husband earned as an independent contract. Although my husband is an independent contractor, Alex did not want him to work for any other company. My husband was dedicated to Alex and worked long hours (from early morning to almost midnight) six days a week barely bringing any money home for food. The in house financing that Alex provided was too steep and was doomed for failure unless he controls my husband. However they had many disagreement at the end and Alex just repossessed the car which was parked next door with my husband's tools. I feel that Alex had just wanted to scam my husband out of free work and used his car dealership as a tool. Alex knew he had the upper hand based on the contract. Alex says he has a lot of money but why can't he pay a laborer who worked so hard for him and had to repossess the car as well? He will need to answer to his Allah and Koran.
