COMEDY MOM DOES NOT HAVE THE FACTS - - Today
This customer seems to forget the actual FACTS of the transaction. Service had been refused because of the EXTREMELY delinquent status of the account. After multiple attempts to collect the past balance due, the customer agreed to bring the account current when the technician showed up to service her vac unit. While writing the check, the customer became verbally abusive to the technician. The customer would not allow the service technician access to the garage to service the unit and continued the verbal abuse. There are many other FACTS surrounding the history of our relationship with this customer. The warranty was fully honored. When the warranty was up, we determined that it was no longer in our best interests to continue work with this customer and recommended that she contact another service center. Any one of our staff would be more than happy to further discuss this matter in person if necessary.

This company was very happy to charge us a big bill to install a large vacuum system in our home. But as soon as the 1 year limited warranty was up, they told us to go find someone else to service our system. I guess they could not make enough money on the service like they did the sell.
Bad choice for any install or service. Like they told us...there are a lot of other providers in the DFW area. Go find someone else. Good advice from this company. I would take it!
