I bought my first car, a new 2017 Honda Civic from this dealer. Ali Salazar(Sales Manager) and Antony(Sales executive) made the deal with me. After test drive i decided to buy the car. The demo car(test driven by atleast 50 different people with hundreds of miles on it) goes $500 less than new car which is not driven by bunch of people(with 10 or 20 miles). I decided to go for new car. They showed me the new car, i took picture of its VIN number, i paid deposit and booked the car. With blink of an eye they had entered VIN number of demo car for which i made the payment. I made a mistake and dint check that. After my bank issued check, i wet to collect the car and saw it has hundreds of miles on it and the VIN number is different from the picture i took. As I had already paid deposit I was forced into buying the demo car for the price of new car, else i would lose the deposit amount i paid. When i created a scene the manager and others offered some rubber mats and extra oil change which wouldnt even cost $200 outside. Even if they offered compliments costing $500, it wouldnt change the fact that i choose to buy a new car, not a demo car+compliments. So all in all they cheat a lot and i wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. The first car i ever bought in my life financing for 6 years and had heartbreaking experience with AutosportHonda.
