I have been taking my cars to Autotime for over 16 years and have received excellent service. The mechanics are professional and provide outstanding customer service.

I just recently had them do a complete check on my entire mini van. I was driving out of town and needed everything from oil change,tires,electrical issues to brakes! They did it all and a great Job too. They were very professional including prompt service. I would highly recommend them and will continue to bring all my vehicles there. I see other negative reviews here but the truth is if people treated their bodies like they treat their automobiles they would be in the hospital all the time!

Unscrupulous- scam artist!! Go only if you want to give away hundreds of dollars where they invent things that arent wrong with your auto!!

This place is unethical and dishonest in their dealings w/ customers. They are all about getting you and making uncessary repairs to your car. I have a fairly new car with less than 40k miles they added a tune up (btw is not necessary for a fuel injection car) esp. A car that isn't woren out. I paid $800 (on top the extended warranty paid them $550) for a tune up,and various maintance services not required and took full advantage of me being a woman.

I regret even dropping my car to this establishment -- once i told the dealer all this shop had said i didn't need any of this -- which i should of just taken my car to the dealer for a more honest assessment on my car.

They lied to my extended warranty about what my car had and once compared realize they overcharge for services. This is a lesson i've learn and a painful one for my pocket and for myself. The bad part about it is that triple a has them on their website as recommended. Very misleading. They are dishonest to the core and not very friendly. Beware at all costs!!!! I can't stress that enough!!!!!!!!!
