Beware of this place.:
I went there a while back to consider living there for maybe a couple of months short term, while I'm selling my house, and what I saw and experienced was completely astounding.
The place smelled like POOP! That's right, you didn't read wrong. I'm guessing and hoping that maybe they're using recycled water on their plants. The place smelled so very badly, that it was absolutely repulsive!
Beware of this place. There's definitely bad places to live and this has got to be very high at that list.
