Avalon Studio-Movement & Dance

Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Avalon Yoga and Wellness has classes for all ages and skill levels. The owner of the studio has a masters in dance/movement therapy and has been practicing yoga since 1985. The benefits of this practice are said to be inreased strength, concentration, relaxation and self-awareness. Massage and chiropractic services are also available.

The Avalon Yoga and Wellness Center offers yoga classes for all levels, ages and abilities taught by experienced and compassionate instructors. Classes are taught in two serene and intimate spaces where students easily feel at home. We also offer gentle yoga, meditation classes, a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and a variety of special focus workshops.
