Avery Window & Door

This company is apparently doing so well they don't need anymore customers. We called to have someone come out to give us a quote on windows and a new patio door and the person that was supposed to come cancelled on us at the last minute....twice! And then had the nerve to ask if he could reschedule for another appointment! Hahahaha When we made the appointment initially we were told that this is their slow time and we would only be paying cost for the windows (do they think we were born yesterday? Insulting.) because they just need to keep their crews working. When the guy called to cancel both times he claimed that they were just sooooo busy that they couldn't find anyone that could come out. When I inquired about this inconsistency he just rudely talked over me. Looks like they need to have a team meeting and get on the same page! Save your time because they have no respect for it. Move on to someone else. Other reviews online have much worse experiences with this company so I think I should actually be thanking the guy that cancelled. I think he probably saved me from what would've been a nightmare.
