A&W Auto Tops And Upholestry

My truck broke down at 711. I called my insurance company for road side assistance and they contacted A&W for my tow at 11:10. After two hours, the insurance company called me back to see if my tow had arrived. It had not. So, they called A&W, who told them it would be 20 minutes. An hour later, they called again and got another 20 minute time limit. Another hour later, the tow still hadn't arrived. When I called and spoke with someone at A&W, they told me I should have just left my car unlocked with the key in it. I don't know of anyone who would do this, but the guy there made it seem like I was stupid for having not done that. If they upholster or clean like they tow, you should probably avoid them altogether. Wholly unreliable.
