I purchased from these guys twice. 1st awning was a very good experience. now I'm in the process of ordering a 2nd awning. They gave me a 5 week eta due to customization, it has now been 10 weeks and they will not return my phone calls. and they have 50% of my money.

Once they get your money they are done with you.
