Terrible, terrible carpet cleaning service. To begin with, the tech stained my bedspread. I pointed out to him before he left the water on the spread and my concern that it would stain, and he assured me it was just steam and would dry fine (it didn't), he left the travertine floor in the hallway soaked with water, he did not wear protective booties over his shoes, there were dog hair clumps left all over the carpet and stuck to the baseboards, he scratched the travertine in the entry with his equipment and I did not receive a receipt via email as the tech and (later on) Alex promised I would. And after all that, the carpets did not come out clean at all. In fact, they look dirtier.

Starting from when the tech did such a terrible job on 12/3/11 until now this has been an exercise in futility with this company. I called and left a message and sent an email on 12/4/11 letting them know what had happened & they never called me back. I have had to continuously call them because they do not follow up as they promise to do - according to the manager, Alex, "they are really busy." From 12/9/11 to 1/21/12 I had several conversation with Alex about the refund he promised on 12/9. I was told it would be mailed before the end of December and yet I still don't have a refund check as of 1/21/12, despite being told by Alex since the beginning of January it would be mailed no later than 1/13/12.
