I purchased a cattle weigh scale from B&B in November of 2015. By June of 2016 it was falling apart with several welds breaking even though it had not been used and was just sitting in my pen yard on pallets awaiting installation.
B&B said leaving the cattle scale outside was extreme neglect. Their solution was for me to either claim lightning hit the cage, broke the welds and file an insurance claim or take unpaid days from work and incur travel expenses to haul it 1200 miles round trip or hire a trucking company so they could re weld it. Since the original construction was so poor I had no confidence that any rework would make the cage any safer or more usable and asked for a refund which was denied.
I wish I had never heard of this company.
