I wouldn't rent from these people again if the rent was free. My experience with them was a never ending head ache of trying to get them to do the easiest things, fix faucets, clean common areas, clean up sewage back ups (which they let sit in my basement for a week in 90 + heat). One of the worst landlords I have ever had in Milwaukee. The day I moved out of that apartment was the happiest day of my life. I would struggle to think of a single positive thing to say about this company as they gave me very few positive interactions. The owner boasts about barely finishing high school and being a used car sales man. I think that pretty much sums it all up there. They also tried to evict us illegally for standing up for our rights and allowed drug dealers to live beneath us. Had they done a simple background check on the woman living there they would have known she had priors for dealing cocaine.
