I dropped my daughter's prom dress a month before an event to avoid stress and anxiety. Barry and Jose kept complaining about people bringing their garment at the last minute, yet my dress was not ready a day before the prom! Jose did such a horrible job altering around the neck, he needed to fix it THREE times. At the end he made a hole in a tulle, covered it up by with a piece of lace from the dress and pretended that nothing happened. Did not say a word about the damage and charged me $200!!!! The most horrible, unprofessional service ever! Learn from my mistake. I would give them NO STARS at all!
