Awful service of all time:
The worst service I have had in my life for anything. CHeck them out with the BBB...unsatifactory rating and other terrible reviews on other sites. There is nothing good to say about them.

Poor Service; Poor Management:
I sent an E-box and a TV in for repair. First, I was told erroneous information about the pick up status, then told wrong information about parts. When I confronted the manager about these discrepancies, he rudely retorted that you need to talk to Philips, because we don't have to listen to this. I replied, "I'm a customer with a valid complaint who paid for the service from you."
From his treatment and remarks, it's obvious that the reason for the poor service stems from poor management. Don't waste your time with these guys; they are a waste of time and money. I would have come out cheaper just buying a new TV. I would never recommend or use them again. I should have read these posts sooner.
