Babb Bros. was the first restaurant to open in Trinity Groves, the food and retail development just west of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Now it has moved across the street (still in the complex) to make way for new apartments. Service is cafeteria-style, with meats cut or chopped to order.
