Back Behind Saloon

Serving barbecue at it's best and the most diversified menu in the Killington area. The menu features baby back, St. Louis and beef ribs, pulled pork, brisket, famous cole slaw, jalapeno corn bread, fried pickles and Kansas City style barbecue sauce. A Children's & Tavern menu are offered. A full take-out menu is also available. Family owned & operated since 1974.

The building, now known as the "Back Behind Saloon Restaurant" was previously owned by Ed Dwyer, a merchant marine and naval officer. Constructed in the early 1900's, the building was moved to it's present location upon the reconstruction of U.S. 4.
