Rude. Demeaning. No customer service.:
At Back to Basics, they won't take your complaints, but they will take your money. Pay attention to the reviews for this business. They have poor customer service. If you try to dispute a charge by appealing to a higher manager, they just tell you that the manager is in a meeting; no matter when or how many times you call. When you ask to speak to your doctor or the Office Manager, they tell you that they are in a meeting, but will contact you later; again, no matter how many times you call. If you show up to the office to handle the problem in person, everyone who could handle your problem is in a meeting. They will not call you back if you have a problem with the way they conduct business.
