5/15 - Backhoe attachment for my Kubota BX24 needed two hoses replaced. Called, told it would take two or three days if I dropped it off that day, which I did...

Got a runaround in 3-4 calls and a return visit over the next two weeks. Brought in Monday, finally did the job the second Friday following, and it cost me $405 for two 35 inches hoses to be replaced.

It seems to me they would rather get as much of your money at once, than to cultivate return business.
