Now Open! The Quiet Man is a (mostly) traditional European style tavern with an Irish bent.
It all started with two yo-yo's named Brent and Kevin that had a great idea on the back porch. "Let's open a coffee shop!" The decision was made. We went out on our hunt and found a location. Downtown Sanford it is! We signed our lease and immediately the construction started. WOW we were in over our heads! During construction, we were trying to be as "eco" as possible.
