Owner is very unprofessional & rude:
Do not use if corporate company! Owner is very rude. Received an invoice from them today, I thanked them and asked for the work order sign off sheet that we provided with subcontractor estimate so I could get it billed out. Owner was extremely rude about not having work order sign off sheet signed by store and accused me of trying to get out of paying bill. Explained that I needed this in order to bill it out; it states on the subcontractor sheet and work order sheet that I've got to have this, and I could bill out as soon as I got it. I suggested to her that she just call the store and fax over the sheet-- that's what my other companies do when they forget their sheet, takes maybe 5 minutes. Transcript of emails below:

I am NOT trying to get out of paying this, but I cannot send an invoice into corporate without a sign off sheet. Once again, I’d advise calling the store and speaking with the manager and faxing the sheet over-- would probably take five minutes, I've had many of my other companies do this when they've forgotten their sign off sheets! So I will live and learn yet again from the big boys. Hang up all you want, I do want you to feel better about all this and have a story to tell.
