We bake bagels fresh daily.
Each week, more than 800 lbs of flour turn to more than 2200 bagels.
Flour to baked bagel is a 3 1/2 day process.
For that reason, we would like to have at least 2 day advanced notice and prepaid for the take out order more than 2 dozen bagels.
250 lbs of cream cheese are whipped, 3000 fresh eggs are cracked by hand and blended....
