I recently had work done with Baker's and couldn't be more pleased. The attention to detail and quality of work was much better than expected. As a retired stone tradesman, I have seen many" fly by night" operations and unlicensed contractors like "valleywide stonecare"for example. I'm not looking to sling mud , I have more knowledge than the average Joe and have high expectations of whomever works on my floor.

The end result was perfection! All of the staff was very knowledgeable ( I quizzed them to check competency ) from foreman to tech and was very impressed. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has natural stone and doesn't have the industrial equipment to keep it looking the best it can.

Payed top dollar for Travertine clean and seal. The floors were cleaned but crew totally reckless. I paid >$400 to repair the damages caused during the floor cleaning. Owners are totally unresponsive to complaints. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company.
