Ballet Arts & Fitness LLC

Ballet Arts and Fitness is the adult studio. We offer adults a chance to dance in a comfortable setting surrounded by like minded adults. We do have a seperate teen program with classes mostly offered in the afternoons, right after school.

We specialize in classes for the adult absolute beginner to seasoned dancer. It is never too late to learn how to dance!! D...ancing is a great way to get in shape and relieve stress. I always leave dance class feeling lighter and brighter of spirit. See More
