For over 15 years the business was located in a very busy retail gift, party & tourist store in downtown Anacortes, and in 1998 I made the decision to dedicate the business back to it's foundings: Balloon Bouquets, Banquet Decorating, Custom Design Work, and Windsocks so I relocated to more creative surroundings.
