Revew: Pho Phan - So good! The broth is rich, full-bodied, and very flavorful. I would deem this a perfect bowl of pho (had pho tai chin). The broth was also very clean. The meat was thin and fresh, and the veggies were very fresh. The noodles broke up easily and were of a nice consistency.
