This was bar none the worst hair experience I've ever been unfortunate enough to be subjected to. I've come to expect quality, superb customer service, unparalleled technical skills from Aveda salons. Unfortunately, someone neglected to tell that to the unpleasant stylist who did my hair at this chop shop. Her name was tatiana. if you value your sanity or your esthetic appeal youll steer clear of this bitter excuse for a stylist. I spent the entire time listening to her talk about how awful her life was. how unfair everyone was to her, how other customers had been selfish enough to complain about her "work". Then she proceeded to detail her family's woes. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I heard how tired she was, how bloated she was due to being pregnant. On & on. She didnt listen at all to what I wanted done with my hair. I left that day with a still damp mess that still had color left in it. My hair began breaking immediately. It was 4 different colors.None of them were attractive. The cut was uneven, choppy, didnt blend, was so short Im still waiting to have it reshaped. I cry everyday. My life is ruined. Thanks Tatiana for ruining my hair and my life. I was working as a model and preparing to move to NYC I was engaged to a beautiful man. I lost all my shoots. He took back the ring. Now I work at the mall. I can recommend the therapist I had to find to help me cope with the disaster you made of my once glorious hair. You should call her today. Don't wait. So if you want someone to unleash all their unhappiness on your head this is the place, Tatiana's your new stylist.
