I am not one to write reviews normally however I purposely signed up for this site because I feel so betrayed and want others to avoid making the same mistake I did! I have had the worst experience with Dr. Morris, she is a bit of a bully, doesn't know how to speak to her customers, is rough with the pets, and barely gives them a once over before she determines they have all sorts of issues that she'll happily have a vet tech write up an astronomical estimate for. My dog has the wellness plan which I am now desperate to cancel after seeing Dr. Morris's true colors but Banfield corporate has been less than responsive, basically accusing me of "just not wanting to pay" even though I've already spend thousands out of pocket in addition to this stupid plan every month for procedures that Dr. Morris insists my dog needs so obviously money isn't the problem. I'm no vet so I took the vet's word for it because I thought my dog was sick and wanted my dog to be healthy (she said my dog had chronic stomach issues, ear infections, anal gland issues, teeth problems, you name it, but yet the dog never had a problem before seeing Dr. Morris, always had yearly vet visits with old vet (I moved) and is groomed regularly and walked daily). I finally went for another opinion recently because I was starting to grow suspicious of Dr. Morris and brought the pet records from Banfield and the new doctor couldn't believe all of the unneeded work she had done. Dr. Morris has been insisting my dog needs surgery and the new vet said he'd never recommend surgery since my dog is in good health! All of this time I was letting Dr. Morris bully me into services that I thought were helping my dog were actually not needed and just hurting my wallet. Please if you love your animal stay away from this vet, her staff is sweet but Banfield as a corporation has been unhelpful and Dr. Morris herself is only interested in driving up the bill to pull in more sales, totally unethical!
