I have been taking my dog here for the last 6 months and they have been nothing but wonderful. Everyone genuinely cares about my dog, knows her by name and makes me feel at ease. I took her in for an emergency allergic reaction she had to bug bites and they took GREAT care of her, and they ALWAYS call the next day to check up on her when she goes in. I used to hear such bad things about Banfields when I lived in Kansas City, and yet I have nothing but great things to say about them here in Dallas.

I took my six year old dog in for "required" vaccinations. Seven days later, she was dead. After taking her elsewhere for care after I dropped $1200 at Banfield, I was told she had been over-vaccinated and the bordatella shot she received, was not only not needed, it caused Auto Immune Disease. This needless vaccination, which is not part of core vaccinations for canines, killed my baby. Then a week after she died, they called me to see how she was doing. TERRIBLE!
