Bar Bouchon

Bouchon fashioned its inside elegantly to reflect the cuisine it serves -- French. Chef and owner Thomas Keller and his staff cook dishes such as steak frites, brandade, pot de creme, profiteroles and roasted chicken. Reservations are accepted. 

While Bar Bouchon does have a full liquor license, it's mostly known as a wine bar. The champagne selection is decent and a small selection of original cocktails is also available (try the Kir Normande).

Bar Bouchon is technically only open until midnight, but the bar stays open later (mostly weekend evenings) when busy.
