Barbacoa is a multi-dimensional concept that is more than just a restaurant. Designed by Robert and Martine Castoro, it's a museum, an art gallery, and a promise to stimulate your senses and elevate your mind.

With a jovial staff and eager clientele, Barbacoa offers valley diners a taste of contemporary fusion cuisine.
