I focus only on providing estate planning (wills, trusts, POAs) elder and probate law (POA abuse, guardianships etc.) and estate administration law and mediation services to my clients. I represent people, so I listen to find out where folks are coming from and identify what is the problem. Each of us has a different story. This is what I consider client-centered legal services.

Barb was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1989, and has been a solo practitioner focused on estate and life planning, elder law and mediation, probate and estate administration since opening her own law office in 2008. Since the opening of my solo law practice in 2008, I have have focused on estate and life (transition) planning, elder law, elder/probate mediation and probate and estate administration. As a mediator and facilitator, I am a professionally trained listener, and I think it is important to have an above-average EQ (emotional intelligence) in this chosen field.
