Excellent service and knowledgeable staff:
We've been using them for about 9 years now. We first needed someone to clean up a virus off one of our systems. They quickly made us realize that running a business without doing preventative maintenance on our systems could be devastating. Thank god they identified a failing hard drive on our server and through their reviews of our systems noticed that not all of our data was being backed up. We corrected and needless to say that drive failed about a month later. We were able to restore everything with their help and downtime was minimal.
I highly recommend using them to manage your network. Go with their annual maintenance plans because they will constantly monitor your server and systems and notify you when there are issues and not the other way around.
Their pricing is very reasonable and well worth it. I can't imaging how much it would have cost us if we couldn't retrieve our data on the server that had gone down.
