I have 3 dogs who are like my children. The staff at the Barkmore took excellent care of them. They were given so much attention and were treated with lots of love. I know this because my pups get so excited every time we drive into the parking lot of the Barkmore, they cant wait to get inside and play! I highly recommend this facility for boarding. My experience with the Barkmore exceeded my expectations.

I took my cats there for 1 week. When I picked them up all of their belongings were already packed at the front door. I thought it was nice until I realized that their blankets smelled strongly of urine. I asked the lady if she smelled that when she was packing, and she said no. It took me seconds to smell it, so I have a hard time believing she didn't. Then when I picked up my cats, they too, smelled of urine, and I noticed dried urine stains in the cage. Furthermore, my male cat has balance problems occasionally. He was completely off balance when we got home (tried to jump on our bed and fell off it was so severe). I have ear drops I could easily, and would gladly, have provided had someone contacted me. They told me they had the cats out to play during the course of the week, but I'm sure that could not have been true because of the urine smell and my male cat's balance. I would not recommend this place at all. I paid $150 for my cats to sleep in their own urine for a week.
