After retiring 27 Months ago and had been covered for all my prescriptions at my pharmacy for 2 years without a problem I now through MY own research find that retirees have a "New" type coverage that Basil and the rude people there ( Gisla & Sharon ) forgot to relay to me. This is unacceptable for a person on a fixed income. The people skills that these two woman exhibited are horrendous I will soon be speaking with Matt who in all fairness has been nothing but a gentleman.Albeit due to my frustration my verbiage was seemingly inappropriate and misconstrued but , I had never been "Hung Up" on in the past 39 years of dealing with this firm. Gisla should look for another job as she has the people skills of a primate as the same goes for Sharon a "So-Called" supervisor. If she is supervision then I foresee nothing but failure for this company that MY local has paid millions of dollars for their services. My issues were not addressed with any type of concern to them and the Onus has now been placed on me to make the corrections that were due to THEIR failure to communicate. It is astonishing to me that my local Union 274 continues to use this bunch of schleps.I will be following up with the Department of Consumer Affairs and The Better Business Bureau. They have p@!%!d off the wrong Pipefitter. 0 Stars deserved.
