After that, its hard to get a one line email from him about your case. Would not return calls. Gets down right rude with his emails when your trying to find out anything about your case. I didn't find out my case was settled until I reported to my bail bonds people and they told me I didn't have to report anymore. Sent back a money order (that he told me to make it out to the DA, then said it needs to be made out to someone else) with out even letting me know he sent it and used wrong address & name which it got lost. At last found out my case was settled (already had known per bail people) but my paper work "he said" he tried sending it 3 times but it kept coming back to some address and he's not sending it anymore, told me to get my copy from the DA office. Which I'd have to spend more money for my own copies. I even said can you fax it....but no reply "don't understand why", Guess I was over my one sentence, one email per month limit. Here is the funny thing; if you send a M.O. and it got lost. Then you send the final paper work and it comes back once. What idiot keeps sending something without calling or even emailing that client to confirms there address? This one apparently!! All true have the emails to prove it.

Notice that the write TAA is not the client but someone's daddy. If there was anything to it the client would have filed a grievance. Please feel free to review my listing with the State Bar of Texas and you will see I never was reprimanded or disciplined for any misconduct.

My son's children were physically abused by their mother and an emergency hearing asking for temporary custody was set. Baskette failed to appear, did not notify my son(his client) that he would not be there, would not talk to my son but, according to opposing counsel, did talk to opposing counsel and told him to have the judge dismiss the case. The judge refused to let my son act as his own lawyer and dismissed the case. The children are still in jeopardy.
