As the general manager of The Bath & Kitchen Works, and the person that spoke to you on the phone in May of 2012, I need to rebut your review. You describe the need for minor bathroom repairs that you wanted to have done. I did not say that I required $180 to come to your home for an estimate. What said was, your minor repairs could be completed in about two hours and our charge for a two hour service call would cost $180 plus materials. Our business model has held up for almost 29 years. Do you really think our company could survive 28+ years by taking $180 from unsuspecting customers? I am please to be off you list. I prefer customers that understand the spoken word. Your review of our company is not fair. We never did any work for you, thank you.
