Damaged AC System Due To Unmet Service Contract:
We hired Gary Bathje to install a new high-efficiency dual zone central air conditioning system in our home. However, Gary gave the job to his son Jason. At the completion of the installation, Jason talked us into purchasing a service contract. When Jason did not honor the service agreement (and after the agreement expired), we asked him in writing to please honor the agreement. Jason made multiple appointments to honor his service agreement, but he was a no-show on each occasion. Jason never honored the service contract, and our new AC system has suffered damage as a result. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend Bathje Services as a result.
