On Sat. I had sent one of our guys to pick up a Motor Cycle Batterie which cost $90.00 The guy just took it off the shelf and didn't charge or fill it. We placed it in the bike and the damn batterie didn't turn over the bike and then melted the (-) terminal. I took it back and the guys wouldn't offer me a new batterie or give me my money back. There was obviously a manufacturing problem with the batterie and they would warrenty it. There was no way the (+) or (-) were connected back wards, our guys work on boats and bikes daily. We did end up buying new batterie from Batterie Wearhouse which worked and we had no problem with.... So I called to speak with the manager Tom Tran on Wednesday morning and the guy was sarcastic and completely rude. He said it was our problem and to just deal with it. THEY ARE A SCAM
