Beware of Lies and No Customer Service:
Jim Cannon is the owner or took over from the previous owner,???? he doesn't care to take care of customers who spend 10K in his store, even when they build the island incorrect and then the employees promise to make things right. He denies anyone makes promises to try and take care of the customer. When they are all fired or quit there is no one to dispute what Jim THINKS from another store. See his emails
You received the heater and then cancelled the payment for the heater, in an effort to strong arm us into doing something with another product not involved with this transaction.
SoCal BBQ Outlet has not not promised you anything.
Our company, our employees and myself have not promised you anything concerning replacement of any product. The only issue is the heater which you received and cancelled the credit card payment for.

If you decide to buy anything here get it in writing and only talk to Jim, according to him the other employees cannot assist.
He is very good at offering to sell you things for a discount when he is unwilling to make things right.
READ their contract, no returns, even if its their fault, when they give you Chinese stainless components (when your told their American made) which RUST. but it takes 6 months to figure this out! When the island is supposed to be welded steel frame and you get metal studs, when they place the outlet for the rotisserie to far to plug in without an extension cord.
Anyone who buys from them might want to look at other suppliers, in the long run you might be very disappointed.
