I was given a Groupon as a gift for a Facial. I called the number on the Groupon several times, and no one answered. So after 4 calls, I left a voicemail. They called me 3 days later. At this point, my Groupon expired the day before they returned my call; Which was fine, I was OK just with just using the Groupon value (which was $35.00) on something else (mani or pedi) but was told it has to be on a facial ONLY, and they are $70.00 (no special, no breaks, nothing) Greedy business with no concern for customers.
