A GREAT Experience!:
In mid-August, I ordered a dining table, 10 chairs, 3 nesting tables, and a console. This was my first experience with this vendor, and I was a bit uncomfortable with making final payment prior to delivery - but they accept credit cards, so I knew I could contact the credit card company for rebate if the transaction was not legitimate. (We live in Texas - the company is in Massachusetts.)
But no worries! Not only was Beautiful Rooms responsive to my initial inquiry, but their price was the best I found - and they had access to all the manufacturers I was looking at! I ordered the tables, chairs, and console - expecting the maximum 8 weeks to delivery ... but 4 weeks later I got the call from their delivery company that my furniture had arrived!
The delivery guys were very capable, clean and efficient - and they found the one flaw in my delivery ... the two pedestal legs on the dining table were chipped in shipping. I called Beautiful Rooms, sent them a couple of pictures of the damage, and they ordered the replacement legs immediately. And 4 weeks later, they were here! The same delivery people came back and removed the chipped legs, replaced them with the beautiful undamaged legs!
Bottom line, you don't really know how good a company is until you see them handle a problem. These guys responded immediately - no questions (beyond providing the pictures), no additional hassle, no problems. The replacements were here in a very reasonable time and they took care of getting the damaged legs removed and the new legs installed. The father and daughter I spoke with at Beautiful Rooms (its a family owned operation) were very pleasant to work with, their pricing was the best I found, and the delivery was "white glove". I would highly recommend this company!! Certainly, I will use them again with my next purchase of fine furniture.
