Beware. Sub par services and products:
Ok. Where to start...how about if I could give BCT less than 1 star I would. But instead I’m going to list them so everyone can see what they get from BCT.
1. Customer service is not only deplorable, is laughable. Seriously I have gotten better service from the homeless guy who wants to wash my windshield for a buck than these guys. They don’t fix anything and their attitude when dealing with the problems their services create is like watching a toddler shut down when you take their toy away.
2. Highway robbery. Honestly for what we are forced to pay because the hold contracts for the area it’s insane. If we had competition that could move in things would be drastically different. But because they have the monopoly on the area they don’t care. Service quality, prices and customer service reflect a company that hasn’t moved out of the 1980’s cable contracts. Basically they have you over a barrel and enjoy it.
3. They lie. Pure and simple don’t believe the service examples or promises. The lack of quality becomes overwhelming evident once you try and use their internet. Pay for high speed but have it shut off every afternoon and then when it does return it’s throttling at 200-500k all night long. ⚠️
4. Outdated equipment. Seriously the stuff they provide looks like it was created when DOS was new. Walmart sells better equipment.
5. Hours and support. After 5pm expect what ever breaks down to stay that way. Been with them for 2 years and haven’t seen a tech since the first day. Ohh and he was late showing up to do the install.
If you are thinking about moving where they have service, don’t! Run away, don’t even consider a home locked into their service area. Go kicking and screaming into the night to avoid their con like services.
