Not recommended:
Got a cut for my six year old daughter in July 2015.
Overall, we will not be coming back for another cut at any price. The cut was not done well (it was crooked no matter how many times we tried to tell them it wasn't straight), and the staff's attitude did not sit well with us.
Pros:
Airplane, fire truck and race car seats for small children (under 5) with Mickey mouse televisions.
Toys to distract kids while waiting.
Movies for kids to watch while getting a cut.
Basic coffee machine and a jar of Costco sized pretzels.
Adult haircuts available. (Men only available on weekday afternoons)
Hair products and accessories (and cell phone cases) for sale.
There are a few frames on the wall with pictures of kids haircut styles.
Cons:
Not a good cut. At one point, my wife was actually the one drying my daughter's hair while the stylist watched. We had to make sure they cut her back hairline straight and even.
Groupon not accepted on weekends (even though not stated on Groupon). Make sure to state your Groupon when making an appointment.
Primarily Spanish speaking staff (but the manager/owner speaks fluent English). When my daughter's stylist had a question, she had to get it translated through the owner.
Owner wasn't the most pleasant person to speak to (but that may have been due to the fact that we started off with the Groupon-on-weekends point, which she would not budge upon).
Difficult to make appointments: We tried to call several times and no arguing one picked up. We tried to fill out their online form, but no call back.
