Just a word to the wise I feel like that piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe.
For starters the company I believe is not there for the customers backs ( but only for the greenbacks).
From the beginning it all seemed fishy, but after today when they couldn't even deliver our full order due to which they put the blame on my wife and I, that the queen box spring would'nt fit that we should have bought 2 twin box springs like I was supposed to know that. We already have a queen in our room who was to know that queens come in different sizes? If anyone should it should be them and have it on a questionere / delivery form.
So with that being said the delivery drivers "not professionals", mind you, as they were coming into our home they said that man this doesn't look like it will fit! Then before measuring or anyhting they took out and dismantelled our bed, and when they put it in the truck they had my wife sign a waiver saying it's there now.
Then they started to bring up the box spring and said sorry it doesn't fit but well bring up your matress and set it on the floor ( again now it's monday 3/10/08 they said we can finish setting up your bed on wed 3/12/08 and you have to buy 2 twin box frame for $100 and again wait 2 DAYS so I got on the phone with the reg mgr. bill worley and he stated that there was nothing he could do the truck won't be out there again for 2 days! No Exceptions, and he is a Mgr?
So my question to him was why they dont ask to measure our apt of better yet why didn't the guys who delivered our bed that said upon walking up our stairs that it looks like it wont fit, why didn't they measure before taking out our bed, they should have left our bed in tact for two more days instead now we are sleeping with the mattress on the floor not comfortable, with the frame still in the box nad we couldn't of got it back due to the form they had my wife sign saying that mattresss is theres now ,
And the mattress comfort level is terrible so I can see that being a problem due to no returns. So there again from the start with the Mgr at the store in oswego Michelle all the way to the delivery men to the regional mgr. Every thing WAS TERRIBLE!!
Where is the owner who is the owner and how does he or she sleep at night knowing they just stoled my $1249.24 wiith absulutely no satisfaction what so ever!!!!!!!
So I tell you there will be more comments to come, if anything I just want you consumers to BEWARE and don't get scammed by
THE "Bedding ex-perts" if you can call them that !!!!!
