just great:
I am not sure about the other guy and what might have happened, but I had a great experience. I went in on a huge renovation of my pool last summer with great success. I got new tile, coping, plaster, and a deck. I was very nervous and a bit worried, but they guided me perfectly, kept me informed of the entire schedule (in advance) and just took care of everything. The job was completed ahead of schedule with excellent workmanship!! No issues here. I definetly highly recommended Hydro Pool.
Pool Company to avoid:
Hydro Pool is a company to avoid. I contracted with Hydro Pool to replaster and re-tile my pool. The end result was
1) a pool that had multiple leaks, 2) the plaster installers leaving a mess by washing excess plaster down the street 3) the plaster failed that ultimately had to be replaced, 4) tile that was not leveled when it was installed, 5) a company that would was very unresponsive to my numerous calls... In my 30 years of doing business, Hydro Pool is clearly the worst contractor I have dealt with.... I would recommend that if you need pool work that you look at some of the other more respectable contractors.
