We had an apointment scheduled for an afternoon. Plumber never came and never called to keep us updated. Had to call them to get information. Was told that they would call us at 8 a.m. the next morning and never called. Kept calling to get an ETA and were always promised that they would give us a call back, they never did. Was not willing to accomodate us in any way and was not concerned at all with going with another company or being reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company, they are a joke. Thanks for nothing Befort Plumbing.
