Bell Tower Retirement Community

Originally built as a school in 1893, for nearly 100 years the building was used to educate and foster thousands of East Dubuque’s young people. Now the building will foster the individual growth and independence for some of those same people as seniors. It is a totally unexpected homecoming for many who roamed these halls many years earlier.
