Only rent here if you expect to have your friends and family begging to come over daily. Between living in such a beautiful complex, and so close to many of Jacksonville's beaches, all of our New England family tries to visit as often as they can

Everything we could ask for in an apartment living complex. Tons of space, beautiful pool, an incredible staff and the perfect location top off the list. Would not want to change a thing about living here.
