consumer beware:
Very nice and charming until there is a problem. Then they do not stand behind their work...only behind paperwork.
They led a 10 year little girl with alopecia to believe she would have wonderful eyebrows. ..charged 500.00 and after a week, the eyebrows were gone. And after inquiring about another service. ..we would need to pay an additional 150.00....and was directed to the paperwork we signed. Which does stat...there is a fee for touch ups. But doesn't stat anything about the service to be ineffective to begin with. And every thing we were told and sold...they did not stand behind. Bad business. Please beware.
